Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

IS it too late to file for back child support if the child is now 18 and I did not file for child support while the child was a minor. In other words, there is no order for child support on record.

You would most likely be limited to going back two years from the filing date. You should contact a family law attorney in your area as soon as possible.
