Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I live in Boca Raton, FL and have been married 3 yrs. I signed a 10 year prenup. In our marriage we started our own business, and purchased property. My husband filed for divorce 2 days ago; his offer is $10,000 and my clothes!! I do want to input, that he was arrested in May for assault and battery. What are my rights??

Your rights may be effected by the pre nut. agreement. An attorney needs to read it to determine validity and how it handles after acquired property.

I agree with Mr. Slater. You need an attorney to review the pre-nup to determine whether its enforceable and how it affects your property rights.
