Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

We live in the state of florida. we each see our child pretty much equal amounts of time. can there be a no child support order? we don't want $ from each other.

Even in a situation where there is true 50/50 timesharing, there is going to be child support due to one of the parties. This will usually be the case unless the parties have almost exactly the same net incomes, and the child's health insurance and childcare costs are split equally.

The courts do not usually give a parent the right to decline child support, since it is seen as a right of the child.

Yes that can be done by written agreement. Use of a lawyer is recommended in this case.
