If this is a problem with the school, you should have the school write a letter to you and the Father, then file a Motion to Compel or Motion for Contempt and set a hearing that addresses the issue, the Court can make a change to the parenting schedule if the Father cannot abide by the rules and it is actually causing a problem for the school that the child is often tardy. However, if it is just a issue for you, and the school is not really involved, the Court will probably not do anything. You need a third party (the school) showing that the child being late is a detriment to the child's educational needs and that it is repeated.
