Legal Question in Family Law in Florida
I am in a marriage that is falling apart. I have been trying to be civil about it but he is not. It is his house I moved in June of 2012, we were married March 2013. On the 4th of July at midnight he had been drinking and was upset with me and moved all of my furniture and clothes out of the master bedroom and threw them in the office. I mad lemon aid out of lemons and turned the office into a closet. I am now at my parents house sitting, they had to go out of town because my sister is having major surgery, he is now texting me that he is going to move all of my furniture, pictures, and clothes into storage while I am gone. Can he do this? Isn't that an illegal eviction? Not only that he made me turn my car in back in 2012 to use one of his to save money. It broke down and we got a new/used car in 2013 but it is in his name. I lost my job in 2012 and he did not want me to get a job because he travels, so I have no car and no income, which he says he is going to cut me off of that too. PLEASE tell me what my rights are! I have a minor child also.
