Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Married someone not from this country. He was in the U.S. for less than three months, then left. I have not heard from him or seen him for years. I do not have any contact address or number for him in his native country. Do I need to file a contested divorce and hire an attorney?

1. It will probably be an uncontested divorce, but you must make diligent effort to locate him and then serve him via publication.

2. Hire an attorney who knows what to do. You cannot afford to do it wrong.
