Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I currently have a mediated agreement of visitation. I would like to get 50/50 child custody. I want to do this on my own due to my financial situation. Is this possible and please wat do I need to do

It is possible but the requirements are such that you may not be able to handle on your own. I would suggest a consultation with legal counsel who can review the agreement, discuss the reasons you want equal time sharing and advise on your course of action.

Any changes to time sharing (visitation) requires substantial, material and unanticipated change of circumstances since the last court order.
