Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Medical and Dental question for a custody case. As of April this year, we have a signed Order (Parenting Plan). The Judge decided at that time, that I would be in control of her schooling, and that she would remain on my new husband's health/dental insurance (as she had been for several years). My Ex, has had a huge problem with the outcome of our Court day and is now trying to "take over" her medical/dental through the health care providers. I've tried to be overly flexible and discuss who we use, but then he's taken it upon himself to make appointments and phone calls, to fill out paperwork and even take her to appointments with little or no notice to me. He's also talking badly about myself and my husband to the health care workers, and they're refusing to keep me updated on billing information, even though all the insurance is on my new husband's policy. They're calling my Ex directly with insurance information, but not updating my husband or myself. Is this ok? I've politely requested to be given a courtesy call as well with billing and appointment info, even sent emails, but it seems to fall on deaf ears. When I called the one office, the woman was very rude to me. I know my Ex has rights to her medical records, and I've never disputed that, but does he have rights to our financials/insurance as well?

1. File a Motion with the court reporting spouses conduct.

2. Change health care providers and notify current provider why you are changing. Notice should be in writing and noit over the phone.
