Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I am ordered to pay child support for my son that lives in Ohio I live in Florida she has not given me visitations in there like 12-13 years and I want to see what I can do about it . I'm done paying the child support I am paying on the rears and the state of Florida is coming after me for the rears what can I do about he I feel like if I can get in trouble for not paying child support or the rears that she should get in trouble for not letting me see my son

If your child is now over the age for payment of child support and you are now paying for the arrearage - then ask for a hearing. Usually when Florida comes after you they have a hearing that you attend, I suggest you go. Explain your situation to the court. If you are unable to pay the amount per month listed as arrearage - have them reduce it to a manageable figure. As to the visitation of your child - its a little late to ask for visitation when the child is no longer considered a minor.
