I owe back arears for child support. I had a agreement they had me pay a extra 7$ a week for that. My health has deminished to where i havent worked in years. My dad taken care of me. I finally get approved for ssdi april 20th 2016. May 6th i went to court to ask to keep my license to be able to goto my 6 drs and pickup 20 meds a month. She said ok. Dor asked if my disibity went through yet i said yes. The judge added in sharpy department of revinue can endenum take lien upto 16000 $ and they didnt even mark the approved or unaproved spot about my licence and kicked me out. Am i being railroaded?

Not enough information to make a complete answer. Federal law allows Federal agencies to keep up to 55% of SSD checks to cover the arrearage, this includes 100% of back due benefit checks. The possible error is that if you have SSD the minor children will receive money in their own names, this does not come from your check. Discuss in detail with your local SS office. Caution: If you are receiving Supplemental Security Income there in no payment to the children.
