parental responsibility
My daughter will be 18 in November. She run away and is in a shelter. Tried counseling, hospital nothing seems to work??help!!!!

Unfortunately, it sounds like you've done all that you can, unless there is a specific problem you need to address, such as mental problems, drugs or alcohol, in which case you could have her Baker Acted or Meyers Acted. But it sounds like you've tried all that.
