Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Second part to question about pending divorce - living arrangements

You misunderstood, I am working full time however have a physical disability which has been getting worse and am not sure how much longer I can continue to work due to that and the combined stress from living with this abusive bum.

Just need to know, can I continue living in his family's second home with same arrangement and he move back with them to their other home. I am not collecting disability, I work while disabled and raise my child.

Thank you

Unless you have a lease, the court isn't going to force his parents to continue to let you live there.

Retain an experienced family law attorney.

An internet inquiry is no substitution for an in-office consultation with an attorney.

Call me to discuss the specifics of your case. I will give you a realistic idea as to the likely cost (fees and expenses). Then if you want, we can schedule a no-obligation office consultation.

Evening, and weekend appointments are available at the Palm Harbor office.
