Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I have a permanent injunction issued against me by my ex-wife. I did not appear at the hearing and it was issued 2 years ago. She has since had a baby with another man. She is contacting my mother, asking to bring the baby to my mother's house and wants my mother to watch the baby... knowing I am there almost daily and knowing my mother watches my daughter. I am skeptical of her motives and I feel the injunction should vacated. She is clearly not in fear. Also, I do not want her contacting my family. She was advised by her attorney not to have contact, yet she continues.
