Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I have had primary custody, custodial parent. Since 2009. He has never had a parenting plan or custody papers drawn up because we weren't married. Now after all these years he is trying to prove paternity and get the, to use of child support order to change custody to 50/50 and do a parenting plan. I have always been fair alternate holidays w HE GETS EVERY OTHER WEEKEND Friday thru mo day 8:20 am. And every wed til tour morning. Now he doesn't wanna pay insurance or child support any chance a judge will push us to mediate? I want to keep it as is and he has the burden to prove substantial change in circumstance

You should hire a lawyer to represent you in the case. He has the right to try for 50/50 custody.
