Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

i have sent you the proper info in our situation, but you refuse to

answer it correctly.......i told you she is not the custodial parent

the father is !!! Now, so that you understand , i will tell you once again

WHAT CAN SHE DO ABOUT THEM NOT LETTING HER SEE HER

CHILD, SHE WAS GRANTED VISITATION, BUT HAS CONSTANT

UNCOOPERATION FROM THE CUSTODIAL PARENT, PLUS......

SHE IS BEING TOLD BY HER CUSTODIAL PARENT AND HIS

PARENTS TO REFUSE TO SEE HER MOTHER, IN FACT ,THE

CHILD TOLD HER MOTHER THAT THEY TOLD HER TO KICK

AND SCREAM AND PUNCH HER MOTHER AT ONE POINT...

THEY ARE DOING WHAT IS COMMONLY KNOWN AS ALIENATION

OF AFFECTION......THEY ARE CUTTING HER OFF FROM HER

MOTHER, BUT HOW CAN WE GET THEM TO DO WHAT THE COURT

HAS IN WRITING, SHE HAS THE RIGHT TO SEE HER CHILD BUT THEY

REFUSE TO COOPERATE ON MANY MANY OCCASIONS, THEY ALSO

BAD MOUTH ME , I AM THE OTHER GRAMMA, AND ,WHAT CAN WE DO

ABOUT THIS, WHO WILL ENFORCE MY DAUGHTER'S RIGHT TO VISITATION ?????

WHO ???? WHAT OR WHO ??WHAT CAN WE DO TO STOP THIS ?? ALIENATION

OF AFFECTION, AND AN UNWILLINGNESS TO LET THE MOTHER VISIT ?WHAT?

WHAT IS COURT FOR IF WHAT IS ESTABLISHED THERE DOESNOT STAND UP

MY DAUGHTER ,THE CHILDS MOTHER IS A GOOD PERSON, VERY SWEET,AND

HAS 2 OTHER CHILDREN,WHO ARE VERY HAPPY AND HEALTHY,SO WHAT IS IT

THAT WE CAN DO SO THAT SHE CAN SEE HER DAUGHTER ?WHAT DO WE HAVE

TO DO ???? AND ,WILL IT WORK ??? NOT JUST GO TO COURT AND SEE , NO

IT WAS ALREADY ESTABLISHED IN COURT, THE CUSTODIAL PARENT AND HIS

PARENTS DON'T CARE TO COOPERATE. THANKYOU

Simply this: if she has a court order that allows her visitation on certain days. She can take a copy of this order to the police station and ask for their assistance in getting father and his parents to cooperate. Other than that, if she is not in compliance, you can file a Motion for Contempt against Father for his failure to comply with the court ordered visitation schedule.
