if i signed a written agreement and a judge sighned off on it stating that i knew who the father of my unborn child was and that my husband at the time wasnt, then found outlater through dna that the person wasnt the faher that my husband at the times was. can i get child support from him?

Yes, you have to dis-establish paternity then get a child eupport order.
