Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My sister left her kids with me 1 year ago,only giving me a notarized paper for temporary guardianship.When the youngest twos father found out that she did not have them he came and took them,the oldest is not his and does not have a father on his birth certificate,How can I get custody of him? She has not contacted me in sometime now and I have no way to contact her! Please help!

You need a local attorney. Natural parent (Father) has rights over everyone else unless he is unfit. As to the child of which he is not the Father he has no legal rights unless he formally adopted.
