Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My son and his ex girlfriend convceived my grandson here in NJ but she moved to FL during her 7th month of pregnancy and she currently resides there with my 2 month old grandson. Am I entitled to grandparent rights being that I have not been able to establish a relationship with the baby because he is still an infant?

Florida does not recognize any type of grandparent rights or rights to visitation.
