Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My son recently retired from the USAF. After returning from Greece, where he was stationed for over a year, his wife had removed the majority of the furniture, tvs, washer/dryer, etc. and moved out of their home. She had also traded in a truck and motorcyle for a new car and taken a majority of their savings. My son has pictures, that his wife provided, of many sexual encounters that she had with several different men, she also had a male "friend" that lived at the house every weekend. There are no children envolved. Is she entitled to half of his retirement and 401K. What is the best way for him to fight this?

Your son needs to consult an attorney right away. As for the question about his retirement it depends on how long he was married. The amount she in entitled to is determine by the length of the marriage and it's laid out in both federal and state statutes.
