Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Me and my sons father are not together. We have tickets to go to New York for Christmas and New Years. My son's father won't let me take him. Can I go without his permission?

As long as a Court hasn't stated otherwise, since you were not married to the father, you have the equivalent of "sole" custody. You call all the shots. If a court has already addressed time-sharing, you should refer to the court papers.
