Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Hello, I have been taking care of my now 14 yr old little brother 4 going on 6 yrs now on my own both our parents have passed I let him go out of state with our older brother just for the summer now he refuse to send him back home to me. He has never helped or offered to help me with him for the past 6 yrs I'm his payee rep trough th ss administration what can I do to have them send him back please help!!!!!

If you never had legal custody of your brother, then you may be in for a fight. Being designated as the payee for his Social Security benefits does not give you any legal standing as a guardian. You can either file to become his legal guardian or you can adopt your brother.
