Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I'm going threw a divorce on Dec 15th my husband come to visit with our children he asked to take them for an hour and then did not return them even though our temporary standard custody order states " neither parent shall remove or cause to be removed" from my address put them into another school until he called my sister February 28th and said that he needed a break so he told her to come get them,she did we put them back into his regular school. It is now the end of April and he is filing a amended order to relocate this is the 5th time they have been pulled in and out of school in the last year because his father this is really effecting my children what can I do??? Please help I have no money for a lawyer!

Back and forth with schools is not good for children. You can do the case yourself but you should find a way to retain a lawyer

You will need to bring this matter to the Court's attention. The manner in which you bring the issue to the Court's attention is by filing a motion, and then having a hearing on the motion you filed. If you cannot afford a lawyer, you'll need to do this yourself by going to the Florida courts' website at www.flcourts.gov; and finding the correct form. Follow the instructions to the letter.
