how do I go about getting my unborn child's father legally out of the picture?

You don't. He is your child's father. Why would you take your child's father away? However, if you are married, the child is legally your husband's. Or, if you get married, and the biological father agrees, your new husband can adopt your child.

Father is involved and has very strong rights and interests in the chikd, only exception is if a court says he is out.

Question not clear. If you want to terminate his rights, first the child has to be born, then he can perhaps sign over his rights by consent. Or in the alternative you can file a petition to terminate his parental rights. Contact my office for free consultation 727-446-7659
