Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My wife started our divorce in December of last year, but she moved in with another guy on September 30th and now claims his address as hers. Her permanent address is filed as the address I am living at, but has been out of the house for almost a year now. If she tries to move back in before the divorce is final, do I have to let her bring the other guy to my house? Do I even have to let HER move back in since she has been living elsewhere for 10 months now? It shows in the divorce papers that she is not allowed to kick me out of the house or turn off the utilities until I get the money she owes me.

It is impossible to answer without review of your documents. If you are not divorced do you have a Temp Needs Order that states you live in the house.

You should get an order from the court giving you exclusive use of the premises.
