Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

i was wondering if my baby daddy's cousin who has power of attorney pay child support. I had a case for my son reopen i don't know why. i have one already open for my daughter. She had to take a paternity test to prove she was his kid. His cousin has his tax return check never cased. Is there a way she could pay his child support while he's in prison for 7 years.

Your question is very confusing. If the bio dad's cousin has POA of the bio dad - what does that mean for your children? If he is going to jail, then you need to file for Florida State Support and for medicaid for the children. Just because the cousin has a tax return check does not necessarily mean that you are to get it. do you have a court order requiring him to turn it over to you?
