Legal Question in Medical Leave in Florida

I was hired in January as a temp at my current job, but have recently been offered full benefits and full employee status after I disclosed that I was pregnant. However I have recently been given a contract saying that I am not elegible for PTO ever? And I signed it not knowing about FMLA. Does this have anything to do with FMLA? Can I agrue this?

As far as I know PTO is different from FMLA. PTO is paid leave time from the employer, they can offer or not offer. FMLA is federally required if they have over 50 employees and if you have worked there for the required period of time. Sometimes you can use your PTO along with your FMLA to have paid FMLA leave paid since normally the leave is unpaid.
