Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida

i would like to know if an ADR Agreement can be reversed out and the parties reenter into litigation in a Federal Court Title VII case, after the agreement has been signed? If yes, what r the valid reasons that allow such a reversal?

Sounds like you have settled your claim. There are no facts to determine if it can be set aside, which is always difficult and usually unsucessful. Buyer's remorse is not a valid reason.
