Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida

Hello, If a auto dealership charges you for things you don't need and doesn't address problems you have that are under warranty, and most importantly sends you on your way without notifying you that it is dangerous for you to drive your car off their lot without getting something fixed that they haven't even notified you of this issue previously ( wheel cylinders saturated to the point that the next time you depress your brakes firmly, you could lose your brakes completely). I actually had my car towed from their lot, directly to a garage in order to get it checked out. What can I do

Was this a new car or a used car? Was there a service contract? What year and make was the car? See my website for help.
