Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida

Am I in breach of contract if I provide 30 days written notice to end the agreement now? "This agreement will remain in effect for one year, until June 30, 2016. It is agreed that

this contract will automatically renew at the end of each contractual term, one (1) year interval

thereafter unless either party notifies the other of their intent to terminate or renegotiate the

contract in writing thirty (30) days prior to the expiration date in effect at that time, or further,

this agreement may be terminated without cause by either contractual party with thirty(30) day prior written notice. "

Really quite impossible to answer this question with any certainty without seeing the entire agreement. Consult an attorney and give them all the paperwork.
