Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida

My car was stolen from a upholstery shop on June 9, 2004, I hired a lawyer and she didn't get me any justice and failed to tell me the florida statue of limitations which is 4 years so I filed the complaint at the courthouse 2 days late. Is there anything that I can do or say to the judge when I go for a hearing.

You can wave goodbye to the judge as your case gets dismissed. If the lawyer filed your case for you, you should probably speak to a malpractice lawyer.
