Are more civil disputes settled by Litigation or A.D.R.?

depends on what you mean by ADR. Most cases are resolved either without suit by settlement negotiations. when suit is filed mediation is required in all cases at some point. the vast vast majority are settled at mediation, which is a type of ADR.

ADR

Almost all civil cases are settled through mediation as of the last statistics from the State Courts Administrators Office in Tallahassee. However, the statistics may change a little this year because of all the foreclosures. Those usually are resolved by default or summary judgment, which is technically litigation, but not a fair statistic, since it's "litigation" without a trial.
