Dirty Band-Aide in food

Yesterday at work the company, I just started work for catered lunch for everyone. After eating one slice of pizza, a coworker found a dirty band aide in her slice of pizza. I have been trying to get the name and the number to the place they ordered the food from but they keep giving me the run around what can I or should I do?

It does not sound like you have suferred any injury -- so I wouldn't worry about it.
