Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida

My employer looks at my internet auctions to see if I'm stealing!

I (along with many other employees) have a personal computer at home where I buy and sell stuff on internet auction sites. My employer has asked around and found out all of our screen names so she can see what we are selling. She told me that the reason she does this is because a lot of things have been missing lately. She is looking to see if we have stolen anything. I feel my right to privacy out of work is being violated. What can I do to stop her from watching what I do on the internet at home?

Sounds like your employer is smart and prudent. You have no reasonable expectation of privacy when you post to the internet. Anyone including your employer can look. You should have no problem unless you start selling stolen goods.
