Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida
I want to find the FL statute/ code for defamation (libel/slander). I am simply looking to be able to state: "in accordance with FL Statute 770 or something similar. I went to South TX College of Law but am at a loss here in FL. I have all the elements, they have been met, however, I am only at the point of "putting a bug in a corporations head"....any ides?

I believe they are common law remedies and other than a statute of limitations they are not defined by statute in Florida
