frivulous suits

do we have similar laws as england inso far as frivolus case where when the case adjudged frivolus, there is a counter suit?

The court can award payment of attorney fees to the successful party where a sui9t is deemed frivilous.

The court may sanction the opposing party and possibly even the opposing party's attorneys for bad faith or frivolous litigation. There is statutory law and caselaw on this issue, and the attorney you retain to defend you should be aware of the current state of Florda law on this matter. Good luck.
