Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida

i gopt a summons to reply to a lawsuit filed agenst me do i just write my side of the case and send it off or is there more to it then that i ca't afford an attorney and legal aid is backed up and can't help and i have 15 more days to reply any help would be great

You must respond to the allegations against you. Usually by either admitting or denying the allegation. Writing your side of the story will not help you unles you are filing a counter suit. Not getting an attorney may cost you more than actually getting one.

Make sure that you read all of the documents served on you (i.e.: the Summons & Complaint as well as any Notices of Pre-Trial Conferences) and follow all of the instructions that the Summons or Pre-Trial Conference Notice contain.
