I live in florida with my elderly mother. can I sue a company for work done to our residence,That i paid for. Even though she owns the house not me?

If you had a contract with the person who did the work on the house, you can sue for breach of contract. If the work was being done for the benefit of your mother, she may also be able to sue as a third party beneficiary.
