Minor's contractual capacity

17 yrs purchase a car from a privilege owner. The car broke down and was return to the owner the same day. The owner refused to return the money. since she is a minor, is the contract legal. what are her option.

A Seventeen year old is too young to make a legal contract in the State of Florida. Once the money was tendered, it might be hard to get it back from the Seller though without a lawsuit. The minor can sue for her money back thought her natural guardian in court.
