Can I be reimbursed for attorney fees?

My ex b/f and I have restraining orders on each other,he recently filed a cause to show contempt on me for'' my now b/f ''and him having a altercation,I was not involved at all,I went to court with attorney and the judge dismissed it,as there was no evidence I was involved,Can I sue my ex b/f for the attorney fees,it cost me to defend myself? also,he and I have been apart for almost a year,I have personal property in his home,How do I get those items back?

Unfortunately, the violence injunction statute doesn't provide for attorneys' fees (though it certainly should), so you would have to sue him for malicious prosecution in civil court, probably small claims court. You also have to sue him for the value of the personal property he won't give you.
