Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida

I have been in a relasionship with a man for 14 years we have no children together we resided together for 10 years in new jersey and have now been in florida for 5 years we are about to end our relasionship and i need to know my legal rights if any in whats mine or his ?

You have no marriage. You have the right to what is yours and he has the right to what is his. If you own things jointly, you each have the right to use it (sell it and split the $ or agree who gets what).
