My Rights as a property owner

As a property owner--name removed--do I not have the right to quite in my own home--name removed--Our new neighbors have many birds in cages on their back porch--name removed--which is right next to my bedroom--name removed--These birds are encouraged to scream all day--name removed--and into the evening--name removed--They do cover the birds around 9pm--name removed--I can no longer open my windows on nice days--name removed--nor do I enjoy working in my gardens anymore--name removed--This noise--name removed--may be music to them--name removed--but it is trully a nightmare to me--name removed--Do I have any rights?

You can try and get an injunction, but have you tried simply talking to your new neighbors and telling them how loud their birds are?

You can file a suit and seek an injunction claiming

the birds are a nuisance. It would be for the

judge to make a decision.
