If you do not agree, then stop right here, and do not read any further.

Cemetary companies often make it extremely difficult to sell spaces in their parks. They truly want to have a monolopy on all spaces. You should read your deed to see if there are any restrictions and also call the office to determine the proper procedures. There may be a right of first refusal for the owner of the cemetary to buy your plot back before you can sell to a third party. If not, a simple quit claim deed will probably work or there may be a particular form of deed that the cemetary can provide.

I would have to read your contract with the company that sold you the space to know your rights.
