Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida

I have gotten a storage facility with an ex girlfriend upon break up our items was still in the facility.the storage facility was in her name and we were both in agreeance that I can have my items from which some of these items have a rental contract to rent king and are paid up to date on every occasion she's either told us not today or has not responded back upon the time we are both agreed on.I have the rental contract current king I have the information texting between her and I scheduling dates and texting and responsive reasons why she never showed

I agree. You may wish to consider hiring a lawyer for a demand letter, but you will need to sue her if that does work. Good luck.

A suit is the only choice if she does not cooperate. I would write a letter detailing all the items you want back.
