Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida

If I voluntarily return my vehicle to the bank that is the lien holder can they attach my balance to my checking acct. to get the remainder of the balance?

You need to work out the financing with your bank. They really don't want your car, and if you return the vehicle to the bank, they will most likely not accept it. A general practice attorney can probably renegotiate your car loan, and get the balance and or payments reduced.
