Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida
I won a civil case in 2006 on a person that stole a motorcycle from me. The judge ordered him to pay me 38.00 a month. It has been 3 years and this will take forever to pay off. Can I take this case to a civil law suit and get my money faster?

This sounds like this was in the context of the criminal case, not a civil case. If so, you can still sue in civil court.
