The thing is she want me to pay all fees for boths of us, but I havent got any documents that certify her words. I live here as an international student alreday and I would like to know if I can request a copy of the documents so i can pay. or just verify the info before I invest that muh money into anything. thank you

www.uscis.gov has all the information you need. What is the basis for your adjustment from international student to lawful permanent resident? New green card recipients are generally petitioned for by someone qualified, like a U.S. citizen or green card holder. Who will petition for you and on what basis? Email or call me so we can discuss your options at [email protected] or (813) 951-6187.
