Legal Question in Immigration Law in Florida

Was born in Mexico I'm now a us citizen, got merried 4years ago I legalized my husband who is now also a citizen through me..... what are my legal rights he Bacame mentality, emotionaly, verbal abusive and phisicaly. Can I take his legal rights away ? DL, SS#, and legal status as a citizen, he wantsa divorce now, but I have no evidence or proof of his abuse.. he tramatized me and threatened me that if I reported him , I would also loose my citizensship status. Is that true? I'm 50 years old now and have been a citizen for 40 years...HELP..!!!!

You cannot have his citizenship taken away; he cannot have yours taken away. Contact a Family Law attorney about divorce.
