Legal Question in Immigration Law in Florida
I have a french canadian friend who is planning to travel to the US in november, but she was recently arrested for a DUI and her court date is in december, will her arrest hinder her travel plans?

No. I am assuming that this is a misdemeanor charge in Canada and does not involve drugs.
Even if convicted it should not be a problem unless she is a "Drunkard."
