Legal Question in Immigration Law in Florida
The girlfriend of a good friend of mine is moving to brazil where she is from with there 1 year old daughter once she moves she can't come back. He doesn't want to marry. What options are available to him
so they can both come back to the USA without marriage? Are there any other options available in this situation?

If he doesn't want to marry her, and she is living illegally in USA, there are not many other options. I understand that she has been living in USA illegally for over a year. When she goes back to her country, she will become inadmissible (banned) for 10 years.
