Legal Question in Immigration Law in Florida

I have H1 which is going to expire on 31 Aug 2010. Last november I stamped L2 & came to Us in that visa. Can I work for my employer who gave H1 while being in L2?

No, you can't. Your status is L-2 now, not H-1B.
